IELTS is not a mandatory. You may provide the other subsequent english test like PTE/ TOEFL/OET . However, IELTS is mandatory in few University and course to be eligible for application and migration pathway. 

The requirement of IELTS varies depending on the institutions/ Universities entry requirement.  Generally, for the UG , it will be overall 6.0 not less than 5.5 and PG, overall 6.5 not less than 6.0 on each band. 

However, The ELT requirement is subject to Initituions/ Universities requirement. please visit particular provider website and course entry requirement.

Yes, PIEC's Nepal  office running IELTS and PTE classess but Australia and Myanmar office will not offer this course at the moment. We will update once we will deliver this course in these locations.
